An un-related inventor built a functional device, and I derived the PHYSICS THEORY to validate it!
And, I myself have built and extensively worked with a device which, evidently, concentrates DARK MATTER, right in the Lab, and makes it visible!!!
So, I'm making this device available to those who'd like to experiment with it. As a physicist, this is THE Most Amazing device I've ever seen!

I care about this planet, its people, and their future in space, but sadly the PROFESSORS at YOUR UNIVERSITY simply will not answer their phones nor emails nor look at this website! So, NOT EVEN ONE OF THEM has seen this website, to date!!!! I've tried and tried and tried and tried, and I cannot get through to them. It's probably because I'm not currently a student, there. So, I've had to give up on that. Incidentally, my health is failing rapidly, as I explain below, so TIME IS VERY VERY SHORT.
So I'm asking you, the reader of this, whomever you may be, to PLEASE get those professors to READ and UNDERSTAND this site, and my Physics Theory.
I don't live in Boulder, so I cannot just "drop in" and pay them a friendly visit. Only you all can do that!
I am including a Link, BELOW, for a portion of my mathematical physics theory. I can't include the WHOLE THING, as it is 360 pages! And BECAUSE of that massive length, I was not able to publish my Physics Theory in a standard Physics Journal, unfortunately. So my theory is still a complete unknown to the Physics Community. So, here are 47 pages of it. It starts with Einstein's tensor "Equation of Motion" (on the 2nd page) and goes from there. Note: Greek indices only range from 1 to 3, whilst Roman indices range from 1 to 4. An index of 4 refers to the time dimension. I relied heavily on a few of the equations of the famous J. L. Synge, and I note which equations are from him. In this set of pages, I independently derived my own WEAK-FIELD, or "linearized", solution to Einstein's mass/curvature formula. The resulting equations look almost identical to Maxwell's Equations of Electromagnetism! So, I call them the "Maxwellized Equations for Gravity and Gravity Waves". So, the late Ning Li of NASA and I were the first people to discover "gravitomagnetism", and we provably did these discoveries LONG BEFORE other researchers did and long before the "GEM Equations" were eventually published in Wikipedia. So, I'm saying that I'm the co-discoverer of the gravitomagnetic field. Also, Wikipedia got the equations slightly wrong! Someday I may notify them of this error! My Physics Theory has allowed me to show that ANTIGRAVITY ("UFO") PROPULSION can indeed be acheived, and that DARK MATTER can be CONCENTRATED AND STUDIED/VIEWED IN THE LAB. Greetings! Firstly, time is short as I am a dying man. I have only a few months left to live, sadly. So please get back to me as quickly as possible to let me know if you want to acquire this one-of-a-kind device, and how I can get it to you without damaging it. I literally beg you to take this device, so that my life will have meaning and my discovery will not just "go to the grave" with me! To just let that happen would be unconscionable! So, PLEASE RESPECT THIS LAST WISH OF A DYING PERSON.
Secondly, my physics credentials are very noteworthy, as I have authored physics books and even scientific papers. THEREFORE, you can be assured that my device was designed based upon solid, but not yet widely known, physics and mathematics. The theory of operation of the device has been published for all to see. It involves a combination of General Relativity and Quantum Chromodynamics. My device is producing a fluid-like flow of what I BELIEVE TO BE exactly the so-called "DARK MATTER" that cosmologists and astrophysicists have been theorizing the existence of (for several decades, now)!!! If this turns out to be true, and I'm 90% sure that it is, then your university will become THE most recognized university IN THE WORLD. That ALONE should get your physics professors interested in this!
A New Theory of Quark Substructure for Mesons and Baryons [the title of my 360 page Physics Paper re. DARK MATTER, gravitation, etc.].
My device produces a single large "Macroscopic Quark", through a NMR-like space resonance phenomenon.
(quarks were discovered to really be RINGS, and not just POINT-particles).
Thirdly, through experimenting with this device, you all should be able to finally determine, once and for all, if the device is doing something new and truly remarkable, or is the device just doing something to "magnetize", or heat up, the air, or some other ordinary phenomenon. The device generates what looks like a transparent fluid which has cohesive/magnetic properties. It is a FLUID, and definitely not a GAS. I have documented the various properties and behaviors and interactions with different materials. Through years of experimenting with the device, I have found that the substance being emitted is probably NOT air, but rather something we've never seen before! I've found that the fluid will stick to certain materials and not to others. The fluid emissions are visible to the unaided eye, but I've noticed that some people cannot see the fluid, while others can. So, to get results that are not subjective, you'd have to do testing with either a Schlieren Camera or a LIDAR Imager, both of which I do not have nor can I afford to buy! I'm sure your university would have this kind of equipment.
Fourthly, the Abstract of my Gravitational Physics Theory is shown, below. The theory is Ph.D. level, or close to that. Also, I don't care what you ever do with the device or the theory behind it. Soon, I won't be here! Maybe you could construct a better physics theory of how the device operates. My theory COULD BE just totally wrong! Have Fun!
Fifthly, YOU OWE ME, and BIG TIME! How so? In the year 2001, I had a one hour meeting with a very rude physics professor at CU Boulder. I won't name his name. I tried to show him my physics theory (the SAME ONE my device is based upon!), but he would not let me speak because he just kept interrupting me and he would not even LOOK at the FIRST PAGE of the theory that I laid upon his desk!! He said that "whatever your theory is", it "could not POSSIBLY be correct, because Einstein and others have completed physics and there is NOTHING NEW"!! So, I decided that I WOULD NEVER, EVER, SPEAK TO A UNIVERSITY, EVER AGAIN!!!! So, HERE IT IS, about 24 YEARS LATER, and I am again approaching, very fearfully, YOUR UNIVERSITY!!! I have not spoken to ANY university in the last 24 years. But, I did talk to some investors, and some millionaires who owned their own companies. Long story short, there were 3 of them. With my luck being as bad as it is, NONE of the three could SEE the fluid emissions of my device. So, they sent me packing and sent me home. I was very aggravated at this, because I had almost a dozen witnesses who have SEEN with their own eyes the fluid output. Sadly, they are all dead now, the last being my cousin who died last year... So, you all need to GET RID OF your BIG EGOS, and notice for once something EXTREMELY important to the world. I will be forced to show this to ANOTHER, more deserving, university if you do not respond back to me soon on this matter.

However, it is much, much, MUCH easier and faster to, instead, FIRST start reading on page B-1, which is my overall Explanation entitled "The Antigravity Papers: A Journey from Zero to One". Really it is!
PART OF the paper's ABSTRACT reads as follows: (don't worry, you don't have to be a particle physicist working at CERN to understand this!! All is carefully explained.)
"This new theory predicts & explains many of the major features of quantum mechanics, quantum
electrodynamics, quark theory, and electromagnetic theory, by starting with simpler, lower-level
principles. The entire theory is based upon a linearized (i.e. weak-field) solution of the general
Einstein tensor equation for matter-induced curvature of spacetime. The resulting set of equations
looks very similar to Maxwell's equations of Electrodynamics. The equations show the existence
of what are termed “gravitomagnetic” fields and “gravitoelectric” (just plain, ordinary gravity) fields.
The theory accomplishes the following:
Predicts the masses of 18 subatomic particles (a mix of common mesons and baryons). The error is
only a few percent for most of them. For one particle, it’s 0.9%.
Finds a never-before-discovered, very simple pattern regarding all these masses. Amazingly,
the square root of the mass of any particle, divided by the square root of the mass of the
electron, is always an integer (approximately). More amazingly, the result (rounded to an
exact integer) is always evenly divisible by either 7 or 8. See figure A_MASS, or investigate it
for yourself. The value for the proton is 42, which is 7 x 6.
Derives (predicts) most of the major features of Quantum Mechanics (QM), Quantum
Electrodynamics (QED), quark theory (QCD), Classical Electrodynamics (EM) theory,
and also Special Relativity (SR), starting from simpler principles. In this new proposed
theory, though, General Relativity (GR) is a given and is assumed to be valid for these
models right from the beginning. These predicted features are as follows:
(QM) The true physical origin of spin, being typically one-half of “h-bar”. (This has previously
been unknown).
(EM & QCD) The true physical origin of “electric charge”. (Previously unknown). The true
physical origin for the values of the “multiple of one third” signed charges of each of the 3
quarks in the proton and also the neutron is shown (Previously unknown).
(EM) Maxwell’s equations, derived from simpler principles. Shows what the electromagnetic
field is physically composed of: a stream of “protoparticle” dynamic structures, which we see
to be extremely low frequency photons.
(QCD) The exact average radius of the Proton is predicted / calculated. No other theory has
come so close to the actual measured value.
(EM) The physical reason for attractive photon exchanges between particles of mass. It
reveals the concept of negative linear momentum. (This has previously been unknown).
(QCD) The strong nuclear force. It is shown to be none other than a (very, very strong)
gravitomagnetic field. (Previously unknown).
Gravity-based propulsion systems ("antigravity" flight) can be built, since we now know that nuclei of atoms
contain extremely strong gravitomagnetic fields, which can be converted to intense
gravitoelectric (i.e. just ordinary gravity) fields.
The mass of any particle can be reduced (even to near-zero) by forcibly enlarging the
diameter of the particle’s “protoparticle dynamic substructure”.
Protoparticle dynamic substructures are held together at equilibrium radius by a balance of
forces, namely centripetal and centrifugal forces."

ADDITIONAL NEW AREAS of RESEARCH for CU Boulder PHYSICS Dept. recommended by Richard Crandall:
1) Basic, simple antigravity levitation using different exotic dielectrics in high voltage hybrid-capacitor devices.
2) Improved generation of, and flow studies of, Dark Matter (same thing as “gravitomagnetic fluid”, already seen in a lab).
3) Use of modulated Gravity Waves for communication.
4) Conversion of gravitomagnetic fields to ordinary gravity fields and vice versa.
5) Causation of mass loss of substances via enlargement of the quark-rings.
